For any defects or mechanical failures that occur during the warranty period under normal use, we will provide repairs free of charge in accordance with our warranty policy.

Consumable parts, such as leather straps and metal bracelets, are excluded from this warranty.

Additionally, the warranty does not apply in the following cases:

■ Failure to present the warranty certificate.

■ If the product name or date of purchase is missing from the warranty certificate, or if the text has been altered.

■ Failures or damage caused by natural disasters such as fire, flooding, or earthquakes.

■ Cases deemed by our company to have no issues with quality or product functionality, or to be within acceptable tolerances.

■ Failures or damage resulting from improper use or negligence.

■ Repair or replacement of exterior parts (crowns, tubes, crystals, bracelets, cases, case backs, etc.).

■ Corrections to the exterior or dial due to aging or wear from use.

■ Breakage of the winding stem, balance staff, or mainspring inside the movement.

■ Replacement of parts associated with adjustments to the tactile feel of manual winding.

■ If the case back has been opened, or if repairs or replacements have been performed by the customer or a third-party shop.
